When you submit a logo, design or other artwork for a custom order, you confirm that you own it or have the legal right to use and reproduce it. You agree that ACBSHII LLC is not responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes a trademark, copyright or other right of a third party. You also agree to indemnify and hold ACBSHII LLC harmless from any such claim. We may decline or cancel any order that we believe uses artwork without proper authorization.
